Custom Embroidery Waiver of Liability

At 210 Prints and Threads, we prefer to work on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers.
We use items that have been tested and proven to provide quality results with embroidery. We have several suppliers/brands to choose from and will ensure to find exactly what you're looking for.
210 Prints and Threads will accept customer supplied garments and items for embroidery on a case-by-case basis.

Waiver must be submitted on all customer supplied items before production will be scheduled.

I am voluntarily providing my own item(s) to be embroidered by 210 Prints and Threads.

I agree

The embroidery process involves machinery that may occasionally malfunction, including but not limited to needle breaks, thread tension issues, or alignment problems.

I agree

Despite all precautions, these malfunctions may cause damage to the item, including but not limited to tearing, puncturing, or other forms of irreparable harm.

I agree

I acknowledge that 210 Prints and Threads is not responsible for replacing, reimbursing, or compensating for any damage that may occur to my item(s) during or as a result of the embroidery process.

I assume full responsibility for any potential loss or damage to my property.
